staff Bob Tang really is irresponsible and from my first order it realky didnt go well he sent wrong packaging and incomplete items and even threatened me that he will not accept my file for refund if i will post negative reviews. he wants me to order right away and doesn’t want me to add new items once he sent price quotations. better purchase from other suppliers who are more friendly, see how rude this BOB TANG AGENT IS.

he doesn’t want the customer to ask for other items to be added to the order what he wants is that o ng e he sent prices dont look or add for new toys to purchase because he will get tired. this is the only supplier who asks for alibaba fee 🤦🏼♀️ and he is very proud of it
